10.0We now stay at this hotel 4 times and we just love By murat Royal hotel as is very convenient close to the Galata tower just 80 meters. Staff is very helpful and room are clean. basic Amenities but that’s okk. We recommend other travellers to stay there

2.0Rooms were not clean and the room services was so poor. Looks like the room was not cleaned every time we used to go back to the room after family time out.
