6.0It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard.
Problems need fixing with this.
6.0Was not provided with the full address of the actual apartment. So big problems when we arrived in early hours of Saturday. Comfortable flat, but we got bitten by bedbugs. And just we we were leaving Monday morning, the toilet blocked/malfunctioned. So far from prefect.

6.0Gute Lage (Kolosseum 25 min.)! Kein Verkehrslärm, allerdings hört man die Haustür jedesmal mit großem Lärm zuschlagen (Wohnung im EG). Wohnung selbst relativ sauber. Die Terasse schmutzig. Möbel im schlechten Zustand: Schlafcouch zum Schlafen unbrauchbar, Geschirrspülmaschine geht nicht. Gasherd nur mit eigenem Feuerzeug anzuzünden.

2.0Stayed 02–03 June 2025. The apartment was old, poorly maintained, and not as described. Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, creating an unsafe and unhygienic condition. There was also no functioning air-conditioning, despite it being listed as a feature — a major issue during the summer. I had to leave the property early, rebook another hotel, and pay additional transportation costs. This experience disrupted my entire trip I appreciate that Expedia partially refunded me, but I don’t recommend this property and suggest travellers avoid it.

8.0Bon sejour , appartement bien situe , dans un immeuble sympathique. Appartement petit Mais convenable . Bon lit . Salle de bain qui a ete fraichement renovee.
