8.0The property was nice the buffet options could be a little more western friendly the only thing I really ate was toast and a pastry for my paid breakfast Same for the dinner menu could be a bit more extensive for a Hilton hotel Overall it was ok for a day or 2

4.0I can't emphasize enough how much this hotel needs overall improvement. If it’s part of Hilton, I would expect most of the staff to speak English. However, the front desk staff clearly need more training, particularly in their language skills.

10.0I stayed here in early May for 10 nights, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The customer service is excellent, if the staff cannot understand you use Google translate. The hotel is far from the city centre, I used Uber for taxis and I never had a problem, I didn't know Uber worked in Turkey. The grounds are nice and there is 24 hour security, and also, a pool and gym. The restaurant food is brilliant, I recommend the Margherita pizza. You can't wash your clothes for a cheap price or you can get the hotel to do it for you. The coffee and tea is delicious and the view from the room is something else.
