8.0Appartement propre , bien situé , nous avons passé un agréable séjour. appartement calme, j'ai apprécié la chambre avec SDB à part, les lits étaient confortables. la cuisine bien équipé avec le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle. et je remercie Joseph pour sa réactivité à toutes mes questions. :-)

1.0Op het eerste gezicht zag het er een leuk appartement uit.
− Boiler die op de zolder stond begon in het midden van de nacht zodanig te lekken dat het water uit het plafond van de woonkamer stroomde. Uit de lampen, uit de rookmelder, door de gipsplaten heen. We kregen niemand van de verhuurders te pakken. Achteraf geen alternatieve slaapplaats gekregen en ook geen compensatie. Dit was de eerste nacht van 4 geboekte nachten. Op dag 2 hebben we zelf uit miserie een hotel geboekt.

− Extrem laut wegen der Hauptstraße hellhöriges Haus sehr weiche, durchgelegene Betten Müll vor dem Haus

8.0Smart keys made it very easy to check in and out.
− I was asked, less than an hour before check-in opened to pay a mandatory non-refundable payment for damage protection waiver of £40 that was supposedly in the property description and was not (there was a refundable deposit mentioned). When challenged, they said it was not necessary but it will definitely put me off booking in future, as I felt this was underhand and I was being held to ransom as was stated as a requirement for checking in.
