2.0Noisy throughout the night. Toilets and showers dirty, piles of dirty toilet tissue in overflowing bins. No reception, a long time in order to check in. Many long term rentals

2.0The toilets and showers were absolutely disgusting with toilet paper in overflowing bins. Doors were banging throughout the nights with loud telephone calls, arguing, shouting and banging on residents doors

8.0Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, Antonio nous a bien accueilli et nous a présenté la chambre (chambre seul) toute commodités mais il manquer quelques chose essentielles (éponge, gel douche) mais rien de graves. Le plus gros soucis est l'isolation entre les chambres. Mais cela est liée au fait d'être dans les vieilles batisse de londre. Le problèmes, est le manques de bon sens des gens qui se permettent de faire les 100 pas a 4 heures du matin dans la chambre du dessus. Mais aucun lien avec la chambre.

4.0Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I wouldn't suggest it for 2 people. The ceiling was so low that you couldn't stand up in certain parts of the "flat", for example it is impossible for a man to use the toilet standing. Overall very poor experience, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it is cheaper than average but not worth the hassle. On a positive note the Italian Guy checking us in was amazing,very nice and kind and made the experience a little more pleasant.
