8.0Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione dell'alloggio era ottima, poichè vicina alla metropolitana e ai servizi di prima necessità (bar, ristoranti e supermercati). L'appartamento era spazioso e accogliente, tuttavia poco luminoso.
− L'appartamento nel complesso eera dotato di quasi tutti i comfort. Mancavano però alcuni accessori e ingredienti necessari, secondo il nostro punto di vista, per la quotidianità (olio, cialde per il caffè, detersivo per la lavatrice e strumenti per cucinare tipo insalatiere e pentole). Si potrebbe migliorare.

7.0La posición y la zona donde está ubicada es un 10. La atención de Alberto excepcional, muy cordial y dispuesto!
− El departamento necesita mucho mantenimiento. Las paredes se ven sucias lo cual da un aspecto de sucio aunque no lo esté. En la habitación chica los colchones son viejos, finitos lo cual genera incomodidad al dormir, las almohadas parecen un chorizo de finitas y también generan mucha incomodidad. En mi caso hubiese apreciado que en cocina dejaran al menos café, te, agua y azúcar (amenities), ya que eso les da un plus y uno que viaja muchas horas, lo agradece. En pocas palabras, es un lindo apartamento al que le falta mucho amor y dedicación.
