10.0كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة بكل المقاييس. المكان نظيف، والخدمة ممتازة، والأجواء مريحة. وأود أن أشيد بشكل خاص بموظف الاستقبال الأستاذ خليل، فقد كان في غاية الاحترافية واللطف، واستقبلني بابتسامة وترحيب جميل، وكان متعاونًا وسريعًا في تلبية جميع الطلبات والإجابة عن الاستفسارات. أسلوبه الراقي واهتمامه بالتفاصيل جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة وتميزًا. شكرًا لإدارة الفندق على هذا المستوى الرائع من الخدمة، وبكل تأكيد سأكرر الإقامة وأوصي به للآخرين

10.0ما شاء الله بصراحة من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها في سفرياتي وناس جدا محترمة والفندق مكانه جميل وفيه جلسات في اللوبي وخارج الفندق تعامل الطاقم جميعا كان جميل للأمانة من الاستقبال khalil إلى المطعم كنعان وانور ناس محترمين إلى تنظيف الغرفة مع السيدة الكبيرة ايتان أو ايتن بصراحة مرة المكان جميل ومهما وصفته صدقوني في الواقع افضل بالنسبة للفطور جميل وبسيط للأمانة اتمنى لهم التوفيق والنجاح الدائم شكرا خاص للأستاذ خليل في الاستقبال كانت الإقامة فقط 4 ليالي ولكن مددنا إلى 8 ليالي وبسعر مرة جميل كان بتوفيق الله ثم مساعدة خليل تحياتي

9.0فندق مميز بموقعه الهادئ والقريب من المترو وكل المواصلات والاحتياجات اليومية، كذلك طاقم النظافة موجودين دائما في الخدمة والغرف جميلة على الطراز الكلاسيكي وكذلك الإفطار جميل ومنوع وتوقيته جيد، والأهم هو طاقم الفندق متجاوب ويلبي كل احتياجات النزلاء برحابة صدر 👍👏
− لاتوجد قنوات عربية في التلفزيون ولايوجد نقل لمباريات كأس العالم والإضاءة في الغرفة ليست كما أريد
