10.0− Завтрак не понравился. При раннем выезде (шесть утра) в завтраке отказали. Трансфер не предоставили, хотя он был прописан. Комната совсем маленькая для троих. Сан узел маловат и вода в душевой кабине сливалась с задержкой.

− Odada inşaat vardı. Duvarlar delikti. Bizden izin almadan duvardaki delikleri kapatmak için, sıva yapmışlar. Hareket edebilecek bir alan yoktu. WiFi düzgün çalışmıyordu. Bookingte yer alan fotoğraflarla ilgisi bile yok. Kendimi turist değil de mülteci gibi hissettim. Böyle bir işletmenin Booking ile anlaşma yapması bile facia. Sizler bu firmaları sayfanıza koyarken hiç mi ön inceleme yaptırmıyorsunuz?

− No funcionaba el aire acondicionado pero nos cobraron la habitación como si funcionase. Fue una noche de muchísimo calor, muy difícil dormir.

Hello! Welcome to Barcelona City Street.
Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and check-in is from 1 p.m. onwards.
If you arrive before 1 p.m., we can store your luggage until your room is available.
Due to GDPR requirements and in compliance with the ordinance of the Mossos d’Esquadra, the mandatory traveller registration must be completed digitally and must be done before entering the room.
If you are arriving after reception has closed, check-in will be done online. To do so, you will need:

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 12 per day.
›Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed.
