Great Experience
10.0Our family had an absolutely wonderful 6-night stay at Hotel Michael, Resorts World Sentosa... The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect for exploring all that Sentosa has to offer. Every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options. A very special mention goes to Robin Singh at the front desk, who truly made our stay memorable. We arrived early after our flight, and Robin kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was always warm, approachable, and eager to help with a smile. He arrange a lovely room decoration for out daughter's 5th bday, making the celebration extra magical for our little one. Thank you to Robin and the entire Hotel Michael team for your exceptional hospitality. We had an amazing stay and will gladly recommend Hotel Michael to anyone visiting Singapore. We look forward to returning in the future!

− due to renovation, hotel's breakfast place was not operational. We had to go to another location and there were long lines. Also some halal menu would have been good. many items were halal but it was cooked in same oil and pan as other non halal so it was a bit tricky. The hotel helped us personally but it would have been better if this was done for all.

10.0A great choice for visiting Sentosa. It’s conveniently located, with Universal Studios Singapore and the SEA Aquarium just a 5–6 minute walk away. Special thanks to Andy, the Chinese receptionist at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a Suite Room. He was very friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel and room facilities. The room was clean, and turndown service was provided every evening. The TWG tea bags, bottled water, and complimentary minibar were all replenished promptly. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
