Excellent stay at the most incredible location.
10.0The location was incredible. The views were amazing. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. And the staff was wonderful.
− Since the elevator relies on someone closing the door completely, after 10:00 it was stuck on floor 5 and would not respond. There was no way to access the fifth floor by stairs so we were without access to the lift.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Tome that is close to great attractions and Piazza Navona
8.0The location is absolutely amazing, and the penthouse was very spacious for our family of five.
− We had a few issues with the toilets not functioning which were fixed quickly, and the bed in the primary suite was not very comfortable.
