Please note this property has received approval from the relevant authorities to accept room reservations for stays. However, the property currently unable to accept room reservations for guests issued with Stay-Home-Notice (SHN) and travellers who are arriving via Air Travel Pass (ATP), Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) and Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL).Please note that for extra bedding requests, a maximum of 1 bed can be accommodated per apartment. Please note that a minimum stay of 90 nights is required for each booking. Early termination is not allowed. Guests who wish to shorten their stay will not be given refund. Full payment is required upon check in. For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be charged upon reservation made. Guests who check in between 18:30 hours to 09:00 hours will be assisted by Security.Housekeeping service is provided 3 times weekly, not including Sundays and public holidays.Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when check-in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel 7 days prior to your arrival:1) Authorization letter indicating credit card information and cardholder's signature2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. The property offers a free one-way shuttle bus service from the hotel to selected destinations on every weekday morning (excluding public holiday).
