− I didn’t like the bathroom situation, there is a big female bathroom with two showers with glass doors and two toilets with funky doors
Nice and clean
8.0We had a private room for 3 people which was in a subunit where we sharde the bathroom with two other rooms. Everything was very clean and there was everything we needed. We were also able to leave the luggage at the reception after check out
− Upon asking if we can have an earlier check in the staff told us that it is possible and we will get the info about whete to get the key in the morning of the arrival day. Hence we planed accordingly but on the arrival day we did not get any information and no one was answering the phone so we had to wait multiple hours to be able to check in.

10.0Personnel très à l'écoute, lits très confortables dans les dortoirs. Meilleures nuits de mon séjour ! Le gérant parle bien français ce qui était pratique. L'ambiance est très agréable, décoration cozy, salon confortable et cuisine libre d'accès (frigo...) J'ai pu rester toute la journée après mon check-out à 10h30 car mon train était à 23h. Emplacement pratique à 5min du métro, les transports sont rapides pour aller dans le centre. Je recommande à 100% !!!

9.0Perfetto. Tenuto benissimo, pulito, attrezzato in ogni dettaglio. Spazi comuni ampi e belli. Pulizia e manutenzione perfette. Biancheria e asciugamani forniti gratuitamente, in ottime condizioni. Posizione comoda ai trasporti pubblici e comunque non distante nemmeno a piedi da Alexander Platz
− Problemi di accesso un fase di check in, reception presente si e no negli orari previsti. Cucina piccola, ma mai trovata congestionata
