Verdacht einer Überbuchung, erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten und extra Mehrkosten

− Leider müssen wir von einer Buchung in dieser Unterkunft dringend abraten, insbesondere für Familien.Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Personen reserviert und uns noch einen Tag vor der Anreise telefonisch rückversichert, dass die Buchung wie geplant besteht. Bei unserer Ankunft um 22:00 Uhr wurde uns vom Rezeptionisten jedoch mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer aufgrund eines Schadens nicht verfügbar sei. Eine Besichtigung des Zimmers wurde uns trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage verweigert, was den Verdacht einer Überbuchung nahelegt.Nach einer zweistündigen Diskussion bis Mitternacht – während unsere Kinder bereits erschöpft im Auto schliefen – wurde uns ein Ersatzpflicht-Zimmer angeboten. Dieses war jedoch nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt und somit für uns als 4-köpfige Familie ungeeignet und unzumutbar. Da keine adäquate Lösung vor Ort gefunden wurde, waren wir gezwungen, uns mitten in der Nacht selbstständig eine neue Unterkunft im Nachbarhotel zu suchen.Durch diesen Vorfall entstanden uns erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten sowie zusätzliche Mehrkosten für die kurzfristige Eigenbuchung. Das Hotel hat die ursprüngliche Buchung inzwischen zwar storniert, die finale Bestätigung und Abwicklung über den Kundenservice von Booking.com stehen jedoch noch aus. Ein solches Vorgehen und der Mangel an adäquatem Ersatz sind absolut unprofessionell.

− Las habitaciones no son como se refleja en las fotos pero de todas formas estaban cómodas, la cama estaba bien.
