8.0Bon staff, disponible et bien veillant . Au début, on nous a installé dans l’appartement 3 pièce avec problème d’humidité, on a appelé MR Safa qui nous a changé d’appartement le long demain. Équipe jeune et disponible, conseils excellents et gentillesse

10.0Établissement propre, chambre spacieuse, équipement complet, en plus de l'emplacement très proche du maydan de taksim et de l'avenue istiklal. On a été accueilli par monsieur Safa qui était très gentil et serviable.
