10.0La atención y simpatía de Carmen, y de los demás integrantes del lobby y del equipo de aseo. Y por sobre todo, la ubicación que no puede ser mejor para explorar cómodamente Madrid.
− Me faltó el hervidor de agua y un poquito más de espacio. Pero esto último se justifica por el alto precio del M2 en la capital española.

10.0La habitación estaba limpísima, sobre todo el baño, y totalmente equipada. A pesar de estar en pleno centro no escuché ni un solo ruido desde mi habitación. Las personas de recepción fueron muy atentas en todo momento. Estoy muy contenta con la estancia!

The Small Gem in Madrid Centro!
10.0The hostel is right in the middle of Madrid Centro, just steps away from the Gran Via metro station, and about 800 meters from the Plaza Mayor. It is also located on Calle Fuencaral (#20), which is a very busy street with a ton of shops and restaurants dotted all along it. Although it was always difficult to find each time I went out and came, the problem is probably me. I would therefore not consider that to be a negative. Finally, although the room was much smaller than what I expected of a "double room," it was quite functional. It had two small beds, a table and chairs to sit at, a very clean and good water pressure shower, and an AC that worked perfectly. The room also comes with a small flat screen TV mounted on the wall. All in all, I would recommend the hostel to all travelers, but especially solo travelers because of the small size of the rooms. They would find not only a centrally located and very comfortable hostel, they would also find a staff willing to go that extra mile to make your stay very pleasant. Case in point: I arrived with my US made power plug that did not work, but that problem was promptly solved when the lady at the reception gave me a Spain-friendly adaptor. The following day, another staff member promptly found a pressing iron for me when I asked for one.
− Please see the paragraphs above where I talk about the size of the rooms and the difficulty locating the hostel. But those are all manageable problems. Nothing that would dissuade me from lodging there again.
