4.0Totally different another hotel but next to the shown one. The physical conditions are poor and very intense cigarette smoke prevails in the room.

8.0Our room smelled strongly of smoke. We didn't request to transfer because we are only there for 2 nights. The refrigerator is also not working. The door has been hanging and it is turned off. The staff was nice though and accomodating.

10.0Der Service und die Gastfreundlichkeit sind überragend. Vor allem sind wir von der Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Jedes Mal, wenn wir abends nach dem Stadtbummeln zurückkamen, hatten wir das Gefühl neu einzuchecken, da es so sauber gemacht wird. Wir werden erneut diese Unterkunft buchen!
