10.0La ubicación, limpieza y el trato de la anfitriona de 10, todo facilidades. Fui con mi familia y no hemos podido acertar mas con el alojamiento. Hemos hecho todo caminando, esta lo mas importante muy cerca. El coliseo es lo mas alejado pero hay metro. Una estancia de 10 en todo

10.0Everything was perfect. Room size is big enough and room facilities are good, staff is really helpful. Also location was great. It was calm and near the city center.

− El proceso de check in no es nada eficiente. Te envían mil audios y vídeos extensos para explicarte cómo acceder a cada una de las puertas, audios en los cuales se contradicen y te dan instrucciones distintas. Llamas al timbre y nadie lo coge, dice ser un 4 estrellas pero no hay nunca nadie en recepción.
