Dirty, poorly maintained, and one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced.

− This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. The shower had visible dirt and stains, and I did not feel comfortable using it. The building had no lift, and I was placed on the fourth floor. I have a fracture and was expected to carry my heavy luggage myself. The staff showed very little understanding of my situation. The room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. I had to leave and book another hotel because I could not stay there any longer. I have photos documenting the condition of the room. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property read the negative reviews carefully before booking.

− I wasn't told that the door-lock was iffy; twice I had to ask hoists to come to let me in. If I had been told to push the door at the same time I applied the card to the door-p[ad, everyone would have been much happier.
