10.0Dear Hostel 24 Team, I hope you are well. I had a reservation at your property from February 15 to February 28. After completing my booking, I came across several recent reviews that made me concerned about whether the property would meet my expectations. As a result, I decided to arrange alternative accommodation and did not check in to my reservation. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I understand the booking conditions; however, I kindly ask if you would consider a refund or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, since the room was not used at all.
