8.0First of all, we would like to thank the amazing staff, especially Zhayiq, Bosa, the front desk team, and the housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the area is mostly flat, making it easy and comfortable to explore the city on foot. A special thank you to the chef for the delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food every morning.
− The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms.

10.0"Everything is excellent and well-organized. The hotel is very clean, and the treatment is wonderful from all the staff, especially Mrs. AHU and Mohammed. All the workers there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with a well-selected variety of options. We must not forget the room service, which is characterized by great care, cleanliness, and trustworthiness. The hotel's location is excellent; I only wish it were a little closer to the metro station."
