Clean modern space but lack of staff assistance and facilities.

− Unfortunately staff do not speak much English and were difficult to communicate with. Also booked a room specifically with a washing machine and paid more for it and when we arrived they told us it was not available and placed us in another similar suite. They then told us they would take care of our washing and we discovered it sitting wet in the communal machine at 10pm after which we had to try and dry it ourselves with no drying rack available in the rooms. Kettle and TV were also not functional. All in all disappointed with the service.

9.0I needed a room for a couple of days and enjoyed the present Sathorn. Clean and spacious room, confortable place to stay with lovely staff, convenience store, street food and other shops around.
