Très mauvaise expérience malgré un prix exorbitant
2.0Séjour très décevant. Prix total avec frais de séjour : plus de 220 € la nuit avec petits déjeuners. À l’arrivée, on nous dit que les chiens ne sont pas acceptés alors que c’était inscrit dans ma réservation. Chambre minuscule, penderie au milieu de la pièce, seulement 30 cm pour accéder à la salle de bain. La douche était sale, joints noirs et moisis, serviettes tachées. La seule fenêtre donnait sur un patio sombre, sans lumière du jour. Petit-déjeuner minimaliste et entièrement industriel. Quand j’en ai parlé en partant, on m’a répondu que la chambre était « en travaux » et que l’ouvrier n’avait pas déplacé le meuble… Pour s’excuser, ils ont simplement indiqué qu’ils ne factureraient pas de supplément pour mon petit chien. Rapport qualité/prix catastrophique : il existe bien mieux à Paris pour beaucoup moins cher.
