2.0On the first day of our arrival, the receptionist expressed his annoyance because we booked through the Expedia app, and accordingly, he chose a crappy room for us in the corner of the corridor. When I tried to object and talk to him about a room change, he denied that there were any vacant rooms, even though I entered and found many reservations still available. He tried to ignore me by taking a call and left me standing in front of the desk as if I was begging him, even though I was there before he took the call and there was no response. I left him and returned to the room the next day. They did not provide the room with daily necessities such as soap and others. It was a bad stay and a bad customer service and i made a mistake in choosing based on the fake pictures of the rooms in the app. . I will never repeat it and I do not recommend it.
