10.0İts very perfect the hotel. Hotels personel is very frindly. Also room is very clear. Hotels restaraunt of wiev is very beautiful. And hotel is near to metro station.hotel location is in the center of istanbul. You should go to this hotel.
The biggest lie NO STATRS
2.0The most awful experience you can have in Istanbul. Very dirty, smelly rooms. The bed is too small, the bedsheets are stained. The bathroom is very filthy and the towels are stained. I really don’t know how I made such a terrible mistake. It is certainly a minus 10 star hotel. Simply: DO NOT GO.
Wait this a 4 star hotel?
2.0How on earth is this hotel a 4 star hotel? The rooms were very dirty, like the didnt even bother cleaning it and the breakfast was also horrible. The only good thing about this hotel is the location because its near the metro, tramway and the bazaar

2.0first of all it is 1 star hotel not 4, bad reception, terrible service, dirty rooms and sheets. it not somewhere people could stay there even for one night. it is the bad expercience i have ever had in a hotel. Don't even try to think to stay in this hotel even for hours.

2.0My biggest question is how this place earned 4 star??? Even bigger question, how can we name a place Hotel when they can’t give their guests a glass or knife or and extra towel or slippers. Which 4 star hotel reception can’t understand English? Worst reception ever…rude, bad behavior all the time, even the reception use racist slurs in Turkish and thought i can’t understand it.WoW…unbelievable… Dirty pillows Dirty Rooms No minibar No room service No safe box Just one positive thing point…it’s near metro station and this fact really helped to scape from hotel easier. But don’t forget to not come back late…after 12pm all neighborhood look too scary and dangerous…

2.0Worst hotel ever. It should be advertised as 0-star, it is nowhere near 4-star quality. Filthy beyond words (there was a mouse in my room!!). Total opposite of service-minded staff. STAY CLEAR, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
