− El ruido; delante de la ventana están instalados los equipos de aire acondicionado, generan tanto ruido, que no se puede dormir. Pedimos un cambio de habitación, y nos lo denegaron; nos ofrecieron tapones para los oídos como solución. La limpieza es escasa; Los sillones están llenos de manchas, las cortinas se abren con cadena, y tienen tanta grasa, que tienes que lavarte las manos cada vez que las abres.
