Stunning flat!
10.0This is a really beautiful flat! We stayed in the Penthouse on the top floor. Both rooms have well-stocked bathrooms. We asked for the sofa bed to be put up before our arrival, and that was really easy to arrange for a small additional fee. The whole flat is very modern, clean, and very welcoming. We stayed during a heat wave, and there were fans and an air conditioning unit already in the flat, which did make a difference. The location is extremely convenient. The directions for access were very easy to follow, and communication before check in was extremely easy.
− Nothing! Just be aware that the penthouse is on the 5th floor, and the lift only goes up to the 4th floor. There is a slightly curved stairs up to the top floor. This wasn't a problem for us at all, even with luggage - just be aware if you do have access issues. The other flats can be accessed entirely by the lift.

− Noise in the area was terrible, being repeatedly disturbed by bins being filled and emptied, shouting and screaming. Room was also too warm - very uncomfortable night with little sleep
Good location with efficient and professional staff backing up the service
8.0On arrival l had access problems due to a faulty door lock . A request for assistance was instantly responded to with a very helpful gentleman on site within 10 minutes who fixed the issue .

6.0Svært stille beliggenhet, ett minutts gange og du er i sentrum. Fabelaktig. Strykejern mdd strykebrett, håndklevarmer, rent og pent.
− Vi meldte fra at airconditionen i soverommet ikkefungerte. De hadde vært og fått den i gang ogjen. Men neste natt stoppet den iten mulighet til å starte den igjen ig vi fikk en varm natt med dårlig søvn. Soverommet er uten vindu og dermed veldig varmt.

A Self Check-In e-mail invitation will be sent 24 hours prior to the guest arrival. Guests can only check in between 11am and 23:30pm on the arrival day.
Once a fully completed Self Check-In form is received, the entry access codes and the number of the apartment will be shared with the guest by e-mail. Codes are made active from 3pm on the arrival day and only after the payment has been verified and the reservation paid for in full.
Guests are required to show a photo ID on the arrival at the property.
The security deposit of £350 is required at the time of making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition and that no smoking or party activities have been detected.
