We had a lovely time staying at Mayfair House.

− Furniture can be upgraded, modernized. There was some strong smells , and room was little noisy in the mornings.

The property is well situated - needs an upgrade in certain areas.

− Some investment needed: kitchen blinds very old and not functioning properly, no coffee machine, coffee cups and short some kitchen utensils, kitchen needs an upgrade. Need a shower screen installed. Very old aircon units that are noisy…Need better soundproofing from street noises.
