6.0I booked a double room with a bathroom and got neither. It was extremely uncomfortable to have to share the bathroom with the whole floor and sometimes people from other floors. the room had no AC so the room was extremely hot and they never cleaned our room just changed towels. There was no elevator. The manager refunded me 100 euros for the inconvenience and did charge the tax which I thought it a good gesture. I liked that you had the metro right outside the front door and several restaurants and bakeries

4.0There was no Elevator!! and the stairs were very narrow and spiral. It was difficult to get the luggage up the stairs. Also the WIFI did not work. VERY noisy. Service was bad However, the was steps from the Metro, and close to shops.
