10.0The location is amazing. About 3 mins walk from a water taxi spot. Also under 10 mins to doge palace, St marks square and basilica. Lots of highly rated restaurants also within a 5 min walk. The suites we stayed in is a 1 min walk away from their sister hotel so you feel a little more suite/apartment rather than hotel. But for us this was fantastic. Concierge was polite and very helpful and was always on hand and supporting with check ins/outs as well as supporting with breakfast. Breakfast is required to be ordered the evening before but you then have the choice of having it in your room or in the small terrace, and there is a good selection of continental options. The room was spacious with large bed, table and chairs, sofa, 2 tv's and an excellent shower/steam room. We would definitely be happy to return here if we were to visit Venice again in the future.
