6.0Great location, but the apartment isn’t great!
Cheap but nasty
4.0This is a 2 room apartment conveniently located in China town. Provides easy access to the subway and World trade centre and Brooklyn bridge is only a short walk away. However, this is located on the 4th floor of a building and has a narrow stairwell. Could be difficult to carry large luggage bags. Furthermore, the ground floor is a Fish market and the access area to the front door and the stairwell has the gagging stench of fish all the time. Luckily as the apartment is on the top floor, the smell cannot reach it if the door is kept closed.
Weekend getaway
8.0Was taken aback over fact arrived at location only to find name of place not on door so had no clue if I was in correct location and had to wait for person to arrive as there's no staff present. Was surprised to see no television in room. Unless you have your own entertainment there's none here. However Theresa kitchen that allows you to do your meals in doors and inspite of no form of entertainment building very quiet. It's a private owned building.No elevator but very clean, safe, and comfortable. For the price it could have been much cheaper given the lack of services available but I would love to return here again. Overall I liked it. Very pleased.
