10.0After checking into multiple inadequate hotels in the area, this hotel and staff were amazing and I remained here for the rest of my staff in Istanbul. The owner was very kind and let me keep my bags there for a little longer and kept them safe and offered me water. I will stay here again and recommend to friends.

Special thanks to the management team (MSU), who were highly cooperative and went out of their way to assist us with every request. They provided detailed information whenever we asked and ensured that everything was convenient for my family, especially my son. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the high level of service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
