Ήσυχο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα σε ωραία περιοχή δίπλα στους κήπους Giardini, μόλις δεκαπέντε λεπτά περπάτημα από την πλατεία Αγίου Μάρκου. Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Vanni, τον ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την υπέροχη διαμονή μας.

Die Lage für den Besuch der Biennale ist hervorragend. Die Ausstellungsorte sowie der Markusplatz sind leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht für 4 Personen. Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Très bonne situation dans un quartier animé avec commerces

Lovely and spacious apartment in a nice area of Venice.

Apt was recently renovated and very lovely and clean, and in a great area with greenspace and parks. Nice layout with 2 bathrooms and I liked the kitchen area. The host was so helpful with directions to the apt, and then directions to get to Venice airport. Vanni was a sweet man.

− While we were there, it got very hot and humid at night time. There was a lock on the airconditioner so we couldn't turn it on. It would have been nice if we could have had cooler air while we slept . We had the windows open for a short time but because there were no screens mosquitoes were coming in so we had to close them. I think the humidity during the time we were there is not that common for that time of year and I suspect that the air conditioner is set to come on during the summer months when it's hotter weather. It was just a fluke that it got so hot and humid that 1 night. Other than that, it truly was a lovely place to stay in.

Any time would come back and highly recommended

Perfect location, big flat, super host with sightseeing advise. Walking distance from St Mark square and meanwhile pleasant to enjoy local amenities like coffee house, bakery, shop etc. Close to vaporeto stations.

Die Unterkunft ist super, zwei WC zwar nur eine Dusche aber dafür zwei recht große Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer offenen Küche versehen und die Küche ist recht groß. Es ist alles da, was man zum Essen machen braucht. Die Lage ist super, man läuft ca.3 Minuten bis an den großen Anleger, wo früher die Kreuzfahrtschiffe angelegt haben. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man durch eine recht schmale Gasse, von den es ja in Venedig sehr viele gibt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und beim Treffen hat er uns auch sehr viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten auf unserer Karte markiert. Er spricht zwar nur italienisch und Englisch, aber Google Übersetzer macht’s ja möglich. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Venedig fahren, zum Beispiel zum Karneval? Dann jederzeit in dieser Unterkunft (Apartment) wieder.
