7.0The location was nice, nice reception desk staff. Ok price.
− The fact that the listing for the budget double room didn't clearly mention that the room was in a basement with no windows. Was really disappointed. The listing pictures for the room had a window visible, but it was super misleading because that window was actually facing the hallway in the basement! (our room didn't even have that one window which tbh i think it's better). The reception desk couldn't help because they said it's mentioned in the booking but i checked all the confirmation emails and nothing is mentioned. So yes, check with the property first before booking to not get any surprises. Booking support didn't even help. In my opinion it's really serious to not be transparent with the conditions offered, it should be advertised properly that the room is IN A BASEMENT!

7.0La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca De la Torre Galata y de la parada de metro. El personal muy amable y atento. La habitación muy básica, pero calidad-precio bien y bastante limpia.
− Nos costó encontrarlo al no estar identificado con su nombre actual, dimos varias vueltas hasta dar con el sitio. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en un sótano con unas escaleras de acceso complicado para ir con equipaje pesado o tener alguna dificultad.

− In eerste instantie werd ons een kelderkamer aangeboden zonder raam, wat vragen opriep over de brandveiligheid. Toen we dit aankaartten, werd ons geadviseerd beter naar de foto's van de kamer te kijken, hoewel de algemene foto's een ander beeld gaven. Vervolgens werd ons verzoek om restitutie afgewezen en kregen we een zolderkamer zonder gordijnen. Hierdoor bleek er 's ochtends een man vanaf een dak naar binnen te kijken. De hygiëne liet te wensen over; er was bloed op het beddengoed en haar van anderen aanwezig. De naam van het hotel komt eveneens niet overeen..
