Moldy bathroom, but cheap and good location
6.0Location, size of room, hot water, restaurants nearby, coffee/tea/kettle, bed made daily, AC. If you're trying to save money you might be able to overlook the negatives.
− Black mold all over the bathroom tiles (room 10), hairs on the bed sheets, garbage was full but not emptied, clean cups not given after 2 days, toilet paper was empty. The garbage, TP, and cups were addressed not when I had the sign on my door for them to be cleaned, but only later when I asked hotel staff. Some hallways and front desk noise (talking, laughing, conversations) at super early hours. My room was closest to the front desk.
Cheap but very dirty
4.0Great location and responsive staff.
− Very dirty - sheets had dirt and hairs and looked like they had not been changed, just made up to look neat. The bath was scummy and my husband scrubbed it with a hotel toothbrush to reveal the white surface beneath. There was dust and what appeared to be mouse droppings in the corners of the room as if it has not been vacuumed for a while. However, when we pointed this out to management, they changed our sheets and sent someone to clean the bath. I forgot to mention the floor so that remained dirty.
