Fantastic location and breakfast but cluttered room, old thin towels, and stuffy room.
7.0Breakfast, staff, location all were excellent
− The towels are thin and hard. Line dried so not fluffy at all. Heat wave was out of their control but room was actually damp and we couldn’t open windows. Needed a dehumidifier badly. Also too much bulky furniture in room.
There is no air conditioning and it was a very hot summer in London however, I would return to the Dawson place bed-and-

10.0Everything, this is the best UK hotel I've stayed in. Its not massive, high_tech etc but it's a hug in a hotel! It's very clean, well appointed and incredibly friendly. Thank you to everyone there for making it perfect for us. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, quite happily

Excellent location and beautiful building but for the same money I prefer to sleep better and have more confort in a 4 s
6.0Location was amazing and building very beautiful and typically British. The stuff was friendly although they did not move a finger to help me with the luggage and that I did not like.
− The rooms were not big enough, the beds were really uncomfortable and small and there was quite some dust. The breakfast was really nice but we barely had space in the room to sit and put everything . In our room (meant to be for 3) thr closet door was was blocked by the table so we had to have our clothes inside the suitcase the 3 days, and the suitcase in the middle of the room so not very nice.
