Nothing

− The property was very small and clean only at the surface. We checked in before 3 pm and paid in cash. To that, we didn’t get any receipt for that. This was very strange and felt like it was illegal. Furthermore, We got a room where it strongly smelled of cigarette smoke and when we asked the stuff to be moved to another, they were in disbelief and kept saying that it is normal that it smells like that and that it is not that strong and we are exaggerating. But come-on, k understand during the day we can open the window but at night no, so if tree closed the window and the door, the smell amplifies. So, staying at this room would have harmed our lungs literally. Then, unexpectedly the receptionist without telling us went to the room( we were waiting by the reception having no idea where she went) where we had all our stuff and opened the window, and then came back and told us that she opened the window and now it does not smell that strong. The part that shocked us and we got our right to privacy violated is that she did not ask for the permission to go to OUR room and see the smell and then open the window. It’s just that after we could have claimed that she stole sth from us or sth of this nature if you understand what I am saying. Nobody knows what they would be doing in our room having a spare key. Therefore the hotel has awful receptionists and no value of privacy. Additionally, when we wanted to cancel our stay, we were told that it was not possible. I then showed her the cancellation policy on Booking.com. At that moment, she seemed shocked that such a policy existed and proceeded to check it herself on her computer. She then realized that the policy did indeed apply and told us that we could only receive a refund for the last day of our stay. We were MAD because there was a clause that allowed for a partial refund, but she had not mentioned it to us or seemed to be aware of it. When we told her that we were not happy with this option, she called her boss.

A localização vs preço foi ótima pois a zona não é a melhor frequentado mas é sta super bem localizada em termos de transporte e distância do centro

− Está imenso calor e as instalações não tem ar condicionado o que fica impossível quando são dormitórios onde estávamos 6 pessoas a respirar, e nem todos mantém boas práticas de higiene o que ainda dificulta mais
