On the whole good. Neat, and most things covered. They were fast to respond on email and to small needs for repairs and snags etc in the flat.

− 1. The lift was out of order and remained so for the almost three weeks we stayed there. This made the stay way less pleasant than what I had thought it would be. 2. I asked if we could be moved to another flat when available, but it was difficult to communicate with the staff on the ground as though they were helpful, they were not very good at English, so they found it difficult to follow. 3. The sheets were not changed through our stay, and again I think the issue was communication. 4. The property opposite, a hotel, seemed to have very noisy guests who would stand on the pavement and sometimes talk loudly through the night. That was a disturbance. 5. The space in the room is quite tight. One of the beds is so hemmed in with the almirahs, that the drawers can hardly open.

El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo Con 2 habitaciones con 2 camas cada una. 2 baños completos los 2 con bañera y un salón ~cocina muy amplio. En los baños no hay enchufes. El tren está a unos 10 minutos y los buses paran cerca.

− Te ponen 1 balleta pequeña (la cuenta) y un estropajo pero no hay mistol o similar para fregar un par de tazas. Si hay lavaplatos y dejan 2 pastillas. Hay lavadora pero tampoco hay detergente, con lo cual, habría que comprar uno. Hay 1 rodillo. Lo peor para mi gusto fue el tema toallas. Ponen 1 de ducha por persona, únicamente, no hay de lavabo para ninguno. Yo acostumbro a tener una para el pelo y solo con 1 me resultaba complicado. Hacen la habitación 1 día de la semana, con lo cual, si te toca al día siguiente de llegar, no se cambian las toallas más ni se repone nada aunque de esto dejan suficiente. No hay aire acondicionado. Tienen 1 ventilador de piel en el salón que no vale para mucho. Cuando llegamos estaba el ascensor estropeado y estuvimos una semana y seguía igual. El inconveniente máximo es que estábamos en un séptimo y después de pasar todo el día caminando se hace pesado subir hasta un séptimo en escaleras.

− El ascensor llevaba cerca de un mes averiado y nos alojaron en una séptima planta, teniendo ya constancia que viajábamos con niños. Contactamos con la propiedad para que nos reubicaran y todavía espero respuesta. Mala experiencia

− Apartment we had booked in Islington ended up being on the 7th floor, with no lift. It was in an older building and we understand from tenants the lifts hadn't been working for over a month. We couldn't stay there and were bereft. Fortunately the person who met us there rang the manager of the chain of apartments. They provided us with a superior apartment in a better location and provided a driver to take us there. A terrible experience turned into a wonderful one.
