5.0Tetszett a szálláson a személyzet kedvessége és segítőkészsége. Nagyon kényelmesek voltak az ágyak. Szerencsére volt egy kicsi minibár, ami működött is. tisztasággal nem lett volna probléma, de...
− Vastagon állt a por az ablakon, ami azt jelentette, hogy hiába a 22. emelet nem láttunk semmit. Nagyon lehangoló volt. Melegvíz csak egy lámpakapcsoló felkapcsolásával volt, de akkor olyan forró volt, hogy szinte nem lehetett használni. TV-ben nincs sport csatorna, ami egy foci VB alatt Dubai-ban eléggé furcsa. Wifi gyakorlatilag csak a szobában működött, már a mosdókban vagy a folyosón nem! 4* hoteltől elvárható lenne, hogy a fugakereszt a járólapon a zuhanyzóban ne maradjon benne. Elvárható lenne, hogy a törölközőtartő ne essen a vendég fejére, mert egy csavar nincs meghúzva. Elvárható lenne tisztességes reggeli kínálat. Egy vicc a rántotta. A kávénak nevezet löttyről pedig ez a mondat is sok. Medence akár jó is lehetne, ha a napozó ágyakon nem lenne madárürülék. Összességében óriási csalódás volt.

− I didn't believe it's a 10 year old hotel every thing old and the windows even it's closed you hear everything from outside its a nightmare ... the breakfast fast very bad
