8.0After all my visits to Paris, this was the first time in that area, it was just a walk under a bridge to be out of the city an in Stn Denis The hotel was very surprising, much more than I had expected. The people were very friendly, pleasant, helpful and accomodating. It was definitely an apartment like setup. I was impressed with it's ammenities! A stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & sink. The cabinets were complete with pots & pans, dishes, glasses, including wine glasses. There was a Napresso machine as well as electric kettle and every type utensil imaginable. As well as Ironing board & iron. The bath was great, again with amenities. I had a problem with the shower when I arrived, I told the front desk and went for a walk. When I returned it had already been taken care of and even checked in with me the next day, to ask if it was working properly. Over all I was very impressed with the facility! Thumbs up...

10.0Very nice accommodations. I was at another hotel and didn’t enjoy it so I booked it here on a whim. Hotel staff was resourceful and courteous.

8.0The property is across the street from a train that can take you to other train lines. Within 5-10 minutes you can walk to restaurants and supermarkets. There’s also some barbershops, laundromat,and hair salons. Most of the rooms were having an issue with the AC system. It would only get so cool in the rooms. There was no fan and you can’t open the window so some days that can be a bit difficult with the summertime temperatures in Paris. The two twin beds pushed together Were not properly made so I kept sliding down the middle. After I complained a second time to someone new, he sent housekeeping up there to reinforce the bed with extra sheets and linens, and I didn’t have the issue anymore. Also be prepared to wash all of your dishes in the dishwasher and take out all of your garbage before you leave, or they told me I would be charged a cleaning fee. So this is a hotel, but not really in that way. You do not have housekeeping come and tidy your room daily.
