4.0There is no like items to specify for this property. As per the property rules, Check-in time is at 14:00. However, we have waited till 15:00 hours to check-in our room. Rooms requested for non smoking floor but however we have received in the smoking rooms. When we entered in the room the smell is unbearable. Towels are with stains. Water drain at bath tub is not working. Bath tub is with mud marks without clean. We have booked with breakfast. However, check-in staff told us it is chargeable. We shown the reservation and they cross checked and informed us we can have breakfast. But, restaurant is not updated with the information and they told us to check with reception. Smell at lobby from restaurant is not good. Car parking width surrounding of hotel is limited due to columns and chances of crashes are very high.

4.0الفندق يقع في مدينة دبي الرياضية، ليس لديه إطلالة مميزة، تأخر دخولنا للغرف قرابة الساعتين، حاول موظفين الإستقبال مساعتدنا ولكن لم يقدموا جديد، المدير المناوب ليس لديه إمكانيات حل المشاكل، الإفطار غير جيد وغير متنوع ومكان الإفطار صغير جدا، توجد مواقف أسفل الفندق وأمام الفندق
