− Sucio, oscuro, las camas incómodas, cuentan solamente con 2 inodoros y 1 ducha por piso! Había cucarachas tanto en las habitaciones como en la cocina y mis roomates me advirtieron de los bedbugs. No lo recomiendo.

− There’s no complaint :: the shower facilities could be more — but it’s possible to have a shower in the morning (or night time !) before one leaves (10:30 am !)

1.0− I left the place covered in bedbug bites. The whole place was horrible in terms of cleanliness. Not worth saving the extra pound
Good to know
Guests are aged between 18-40 as this is a youth traveling hostel.
A valid government issued ID is required at check-in (passport, driving license, European travel card). Guests who do not have ID are not permitted to stay.
Please note that some of the dormitory rooms have triple bunk beds.
Payment will be taken in full upon arrival. Bookings are generally nonrefundable (except at the manager's discretion should the same booking be resold).
The Phenix Hostel operates a 14-day maximum stay policy. After this, a period of 6 months must pass before the guest can book again.
