Second stay in this great location - it’s like staying in your own villa
8.0The location is excellent. I like this neighbourhood - less touristy with a great coffee bar, wine bar, restaurant and supermarket all literally on the doorstep in the same square. The sound proofing is great. The proximity to the vaporetto stops and the grand canal are excellent The size of the room is great value in Venice
− The fridge didn’t work but the exceptional staff sorted it out the same day.

10.0We were 11 and took 3 apartments. Everybody was really satisfied and impressed by the beautiful frescos, plus Samantha was super kind and accomodating, allowing us to keep the luggages both before and after our trip. The day was very warm outside but they keep this portego freezing cold, which is such a relief during July's nights

Exceeded our expectations - the room was spacious and very comfortable.
10.0The unit had air conditioning, and the shower pressure was strong. Location was ideal as we like to walk and explore. Host gave us excellent recommendations on food and was very responsive.
