1.0It’s nearby Liverpool Street and the storage option is good. Airconditioning.
− We booked this based on the photos, but it’s far from the photos. It really needs deep cleaning and high maintenance. The mini fridge is behind a closed kitchen cabinet, it was super warm and it was making an awful sound (trying to cool). This is a serious fire hazard. We switched it off. The iron had burned limescale stains on it and destroyed my wife’s shirt. The kettle was full of limescale. The mattress was uneven, sank to the left. The pillows were perhaps 3 inch high. This was supposed to be the high end room (heather). After one night we booked another accommodation for the other 2 nights.

9.0The location is great - a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station, plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. This is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect perfection, but the room itself was large and clean, with a great little kitchenette area. Tea/coffee was provided. Air conditioning was a huge plus. The hotel doesn't use keys and we were given codes for the front door of the hotel, and our room. These codes are changed daily I believe, but as we only stayed one night I cannot confirm that. The staff were very polite and friendly.

− Previous occupants socks left in the room on the floor, white paint stains on the sink, chairs and table, most of the Wooden floor scratched, stains on the toilet door, blind on the door going to the roof space broken and not working properly, carpet on the stairs badly worn and stained
