Das personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit

− Ich musste täglich anrufen, weil ständig etwas fehlte. Was wir nicht wussten und gerne darüber informiert worden wären, ist, dass es sehr viele Patienten nach Schönheitsoperationen gab. Es war schwierig zu unterscheiden, ob sie sich in einem Krankenhaus oder einem Hotel befanden. Das gefiel uns gar nicht, da viele Personen Gesichts- oder Brustoperationen hatten. Die harmlosesten waren die mit Haartransplantationen. Viele hatten blutige oder farbige Bandagen. Es gab keine Kleiderordnung, jeder konnte anziehen, was er wollte. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dorthin gehen, wenn ich müsste.

− Everything. Rooms were not clean at all. Cooling was not functional and technician was in my room until 02:00am and i still slept two nights without cooling. Room was noisy as it had drainage pipe running along and could not sleep due to noise of drainage water running down.

The breakfast was good, but the poor cleanliness ruined our stay.

The only good thing was the breakfast, the breakfast was amazing. Also a beautiful and good loby.

− The room was large, but it was not clean. The bed cover and pillowcases were covered with dirt stains that looked like blood stains. We asked for them to be changed. Although they replaced them, the second set of bed covers was damaged and full of holes. The towels were very old, worn out, and stained. The worst part was that there was a worm on one of the towels. I asked for clean, newer towels, but the replacement was even worse. They gave me another towel that was damaged. It was supposed to be white, but it was so old that it looked cream-colored. I was very disappointed with this experience. I couldn’t believe this was a 5-star Ramada hotel. It is a shame because people trust this brand to provide a certain standard of quality. They need to replace the old duvet covers, towels, and even the curtains with new ones.
