10.0The A/c worked better than anywhere we had been in Italy, France or England. There are exterior shutters that can be closed for complete room darkening. The apartment property and location felt extremely safe. There was a blackout in Venice that happened about midnight, the blackout caused a breaker to flip. I walked into the building's courtyard the next morning and there was a female staff member that helped me get power back asap, extremely quickly.
