Great property but needs work.
6.0Location. Kitchen clean and well equipped.
− No WiFi at the property. The floors were dusty & not cleaned properly. One of the bedrooms was not well made - duvet was missing from the bed, found in the cupboard with no cover. The mattresses were not great too. You can feel the springs on your back.

9.0Facilities were good and beds were comfortable. This place is quite close to the tube and bus stops. Quiet neighborhood.
− The streetlights shone quite bright through the master bedroom window. But the blinds work well.
Host is dishonest and when we made a claim made counter claim of some fictitious thing.
4.0Great location. Easy access.
− In one room the radiator was continuously running and it was too hot to use. The fans provided did not help as the radiator was uncontrollably running in one room making it impossible to use one bedroom as this End of May and the weather was hot. The host was dismissive and said you should have left then.

A property with good potential which needs improvements
7.0Good sized apartment - plenty of seating in the communal area. Well equipped with hairdryers, irons, hanging space, kitchen appliances. Friendly communication with hosts, especially appreciated a bit of flexibility at check out. For where we wanted to be (Nine Elms/Vauxhall), the location was perfect.
− There needs to be some investment made in the basics - there were cumulatively not enough plates and dishes for 6 people to have one each, no wine glasses and no teaspoons. The mattresses on the beds are awful (the bed sofa was great), the shower hose needs replacing. For the amount charged, these should be non-negotiable. The ceiling was leaking, which is creating a smell of damp, so needs fixing quickly. Finally, it is a bit hard to find - whilst the location itself is fine (if you want to be in this part of London), if you wander further down Hemans Road, you’re quickly in a gritty council estate - if you find yourself there, turn back and have another look, you’ve gone the wrong way!!
