The unhospillity people on reception.I receved allergy.I have not one day electricity. The room cleanced one day after 3h pm.Every day i explaned situaton and nothing. shower gel and shampon are closed .it is not possible to open.For the prices in this hotel is very poor.And i will see about my allergy on zhe face.. I’ve been treated to a trip here by our daughter who’s been before and says only great things I’m looking forward to seeing this amazing city I’ve been messaging the concierge direct & I can honestly say they have been incredible extremely helpful on finding restaurants organizing airport transfers etc My last trip to Italy was traveling to Venice on the orient express & although it was a magical trip & the cippriani was beautiful everyone I speak to tells me Rome is by far a beautiful city can’t wait to post pictures & I’m looking forward to staying here for a few days while we explore the city with the hep of the fantastic concierge team Thanks guys

Beautiful property that needs some upgrades

The property is very beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The service was good and the staff were helpful and welcoming during the stay. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, although some areas could benefit from renovation or a refresh. In terms of location, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but this wasn’t a major issue and can actually be a good option if you’re happy to explore the surrounding area or enjoy a quieter setting.

⭐ 1/10 – Extremely disappointing stay. Would never return. I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Palazzo Dama and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. For the price they charge, the quality is absolutely unacceptable. The room was poorly maintained, far from the “luxury” they advertise. Basic cleanliness seemed to be optional — dusty surfaces, worn furniture, and an overall feeling that the space hadn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The service was equally disappointing. Staff were indifferent at best and completely unhelpful when issues were raised. Any request felt like an inconvenience to them. The general atmosphere of the hotel simply does not match its marketing or its price. Whatever charm or elegance this place once had is long gone. There are countless better hotels in Rome that actually deliver on service, comfort, and value — this is not one of them. I deeply regret choosing Palazzo Dama and would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Family trip in Rome.

Let me start off by saying that this is the third time I stay at this hotel in Rome. (First time was 2017 and it was fantastic). Beautiful dining room and pool area. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok but not everything on the menu was included. You have to pay extra if you order pancakes or eggs Benedict. I felt like the hotel this year needs renovations especially the gym and also needs proper training of staff. If you book there don’t expect 5 star treatment from the front desk or from the waitress during breakfast.

Disappointed stay

Certainly not a 5 star property. Found the rooms very small, even for a junior suite. Furnishing worm and some broken, bed frame was torn. Poor housekeeping, Towels not refreshed and no turn down service. As a solo traveller was not comfortable walking to the hotel location at night. Rome has better options than this dated property.
