10.0Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!!

8.0Loved the location, it was close to not one but two train stations and was within walking distance to many museums. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. Could use with a little updating but nothing too serious.

10.0We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Sept 2025. Great location, beautiful comfortable apartment, big lounge room and kitchen, great beds. There was 2 couples and 1 single 20 year old in our apartment so 5 people all up. Loads of space for us all. Double glazed windows so nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to base yourself for a London trip!

8.0Wonderful and well appointed property. On-site staff terrific and so helpful to resolve issues. As we were on the 5th floor and there was no air conditioning (I didn’t realize this), it was quite miserably hot. Also, there was significant noise from upstairs guests, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Clean accommodation, modern bathrooms, very nice for a family stay.

10.0We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. We would definitely come back here to stay.
