Loved the location- for travelling from St Pancras you won't find more convenient. Really appreciated the fans too in the heat. Decent pressure in the shower too?

− Beds were a bit soft but that is personal preference, and I would have liked a lock/chain on the door to feel a bit more secure.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Fantastic location if you are not wanting to stay in the room for long periods

Fantastic location Perfect as a base while we were in and out for 2 days

− It is small for four people to hang out and eat at the same time (though plenty of places nearby to do this outside of sleeping time. Unusually hot weather made it warm though this was helped by the provided fans. Steep stairs, those with poor mobility or heavy bags may struggle

Property was in a good location and beds were really comfortable.

− The tele and the fan didn’t reach the plugs so had to buy an extension cable for these. Apartment was warm due to the heatwave but opening windows and fans helped.

1.住宿地點距離King's cross以及St Pancras International車站很近，步行幾分鐘內可以抵達。但房子沒有電梯，且樓梯稍微窄，如果是大件行李的旅客，搬行李可能會稍微吃力。 2.很近的距離內就有超市，買東西回家煮也很方便，烹飪設備與餐具、洗衣機、吹風機、電風扇、電視也都有，小而美的環境。 3.環境還算安靜，不覺得吵，感覺舒服。 4.自助入住，不需要跟管理人員見面，時間彈性。

− 1.整潔度還算不錯，但有些損壞例如電視面板有刮痕、洗臉盆有裂痕、淋浴間滑門軌道有點脫落、冰箱結霜嚴重等，如果有處理或是事先跟客人說明的話會更好。這些瑕疵不影響功能，對於居住感受僅有一些影響，但客人會擔心房東會不會以為是我們造成的損壞，而事後要求賠償，所以先告知的話會更好，不然客人入住就必須先拍照自保。 2.客服的回覆相當迅速，但是傳送幾張瑕疵的相片給客服之後，就都沒有回應，直到退房前的罐頭訊息。 3.樓下是一間烤肉餐廳，他的煙囪排放口剛好就在臥室的窗戶附近，窗戶如果打開的時候，會有一股異味跑進屋子；如果是開客廳的窗戶就比較沒味道，另外晚上餐廳休息後就沒這個困擾。

A lovely little apartment in the heart of London

Really well located beside Kings Cross Station. Small but comfortable apartment. Beds were very cosy and had local tv channels which was good for watching the world cup. Facilities were clean and well provided with everything we needed for our long weekend in London. Joseph was very on the ball for communication when travelling to the accommodation and was very friendly when he let us into the property. It is next door to a Sainsburys which was great for buying bits we needed and you're spoiled for choice with the local restaurants. Kings Cross Station was the perfect hub for getting around London, whether it was visiting Wembley for a concert, going to Camden Town for the markets and exploring locations like Piccadilly and Soho. If you're on a tight budget for accommodation in London, this apartment is very ideal.

− The apartment was very warm, especially during the recent heatwaves, though fans and ice blocks were provided to cool off well enough.
