7.0The town centre wasn't too far away and the parking was good. All things worked and shower was clean aswell as the bed.

Don’t stay here
1.0The location is a 10 minute walk to the underground
− Room had no air on and fan was covered in dust and barely working. Awful smell in room. Tv with no remote. Floor sinking in. Dirty room. Left in middle of night.
Avoid!

− The room wasn't ready when I arrived and I was given a different room. Then, when I arrived back there were other people asleep in my room. I was offered another room, but they couldn't locate a key. The room that I eventually got had no towels, except a floor mat, or toilet paper.

4.0The staff were good to us and polite through out despite us been very late booking in due to been let down by another hotel
− The rooms were dirty and very aged. The furniture was falling to pieces wall paper falling off the walls the bathroom had hair all over and the pillows were pillow cases stuffed with more pillow cases. The floor had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. There was a smell across the hotel but the room was ok for the smell. Just overall needs a clean and decorating.

− Booked family room, double bed, 2 single beds, this was confirmed in an email, one single bed missing when we got there, he apologised, and said he would put another bed in well we were out at concert, got back late no bed, 2 sixteen year old had to share a single bed,nobody about when we left so couldn't discuss or complain, very bad experience never go back
